Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 7–10 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.00 and typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and destination.

  • Expedited orders are prioritized but are not guaranteed to ship the next business day, particularly during periods of high order volume. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates typically range from $20–$40 USD, depending on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Delivery times generally range from 1–4 weeks after shipment but may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and carrier delays.

  • UPS Expedited is generally the fastest shipping option available.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.

UPS Brokerage Fees

When selecting UPS services for international shipments:

  • UPS may charge brokerage, customs clearance, duties, taxes, or other import-related fees.

  • Ashenfume does not collect, estimate, or pay these charges.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates and responding to any communications from UPS regarding customs clearance or delivery requirements.

  • A valid phone number is strongly recommended and may be required by the carrier for customs clearance and delivery coordination.

If you wish to avoid potential UPS brokerage fees, consider selecting a postal service option such as USPS or your country's national postal service when available.

Preorders

Products listed as Preorder will clearly state this in the product title and/or product description.

  • Preorder items generally require 2–3 weeks before shipment.

  • Estimated shipping dates or shipping windows may be provided when available.

  • These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Production schedules may occasionally be affected by material availability, supplier lead times, quality control procedures, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.

  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT/GST

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Any other charges imposed by local authorities

Ashenfume has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery, returned shipments, or package abandonment. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable in these situations.

Shipping Restrictions

Ashenfume ships only to destinations permitted under applicable United States laws and carrier restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to:

  • Countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions.

  • Destinations where carriers are unable or unwilling to provide service.

  • Regions where shipping regulations prohibit the transport of fragrance products.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the carrier.

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will assist in opening a carrier claim when appropriate.

  • Resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Ashenfume is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
